shipping problems

I ordered some kuiu stuff and having problems with the USPS. my package shows up as "delivered" but have yet to receive it. Wondering if anyone has had the same problem after buying kuiu (or anything for that matter that was handled by the USPS) in the past.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

I doubt its a KUIU problem if you have a tracking number its a usps problem go to the post office!

We deal with this ALL the time with USPS and with UPS. The post office is an absolute pain to deal with and if it says delivered then you're pretty well hosed! Post office won't do crap. At least with UPS they'll do an investigation and will often times get you some money back. Can't say that for USPS. It's not a Kuiu problem it's the carrier.

I've seen it where it'll say delivered and it might be 2 days before it makes it into my PO box.....then again i live in BFE so, my expectations for superior service are a little lower than they should be.


definitely not a kuiu problem though.
