this weekend was Chinese new years..so we had our annual dinner. it is usually the only time i see my aunt. she is 81, very rich.
we were all just talking, and she told me lawyers are trying to get her to sue for our wildfire. i asked, "why"
she replies, "oh, i have 60 or so acres of wilderness near Santa Rosa".
SCRRREEEEECH! i slammed on the conversation brakes. what land?! are there deer and turkey?
yes and yes!! she said it is worthless because she is landlocked within other private property. no easement to get to her 60 acres.
i am comsumed by thoughts of nearby turkey and deer!! get this; she is gonna donate the land to charity. hahaha.. my life, i cant make this crap up.
