I'm a firefighter and have trained hard for the last few years at the fire house lifting and doing cross fit type workouts. My training at home has lacked and I found myself coming up short in the cardio department especially when chasing elk. I found on the Spartan website a free workout of the day and have been incorporating that on my days off. My cardio has definitely improved and it requires practically no equipment.
