I did 3 miles yesterday with a 35# pack on.

ran a sprint triathalon this morning in pretty brutal wind.

300 meter swim, 12 miles on the bike, 3.1 mile run, all in about 1 hr 40 mins.

dont feel worth a darn... but the free beer afterwards wasnt bad.

Will be doing it again this yr---guys I go with are retired and I can\'t get that much time off. I don\'t mind the trip out but it sucks driving home.
