For CO, check cotrip.org for road conditions and construction. You may download a phone app.

CPW just issued a press release of a major construction project for Hwy 9 Summit County to Kremmling. As some may know, the BLM land there is a major winter concentration area, therefore, animal hits are high. They are making 7 wildlife crossings.

Check the National Forest web site for information on Forest Service roads and logging operations. Occasionally, hunters are surprised to find their favorite area inaccessible because of logging operations. Read the road condition and trail report for your NF\'s Ranger District.

Almost all of my Forest Service Roads have the same note: Open, however, adverse road conditions may exist due to mud.Open until 11/22.

I prefer NOAA for weather forecast and historical data. I use a phone app which displays more raw NOAA data than other weather apps. You may enter a lat/long in the Enter Location: -112.41,42.86
<!-- m --><a class=\"postlink\" href=\"http://www.weather.gov/\" onclick=\"window.open(this.href);return false;\">http://www.weather.gov/</a><!-- m -->

Example: <!-- m --><a class=\"postlink\" href=\"http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.php?lon=-106.68950&lat=40.34835#.VcTRFfnSTBA\" onclick=\"window.open(this.href);return false;\">http://forecast.weather.gov/MapClick.ph ... cTRFfnSTBA</a><!-- m -->

Scroll down and click on the zone area forecast which may be more helpful to some. Here is an example of a zone forecast.
