Trav at Wapiti River

Wanted to share a quick story about Trav at Wapiti River and what a stand-up guy he is. I recently got in on his initial order of bugle tubes and ordered two of them. Upon arrival, I noticed the box got beat up a bit and low and behold, one of the bugle tubes had a couple cracks in the end of it. No big deal at all, but I wanted to let Trav know about it. I sent him a note prefacing that I expected and wanted nothing back, I simply wanted to let him know that he might want to add more packaging to the tube so he doesn\'t have issues in the future. As a business owner, I would want the same feedback so I can improve things instead of running into an issue down the road. He shot me a note back and said he would replace it, but I insisted it wasn\'t necessary at all. Low and behold, the mail shows up today with another new tube. Completely unnecessary, but appreciated nonetheless.

If anyone out there is looking for high end calls and tubes with the customer service to back it up, look no further than Trav! What a stand-up guy, and on top of it he is willing to sit on the phone and give you calling instruction as well. Thanks Trav, very much appreciated!

I got the Reaper and the Pink Lady dome calls from Trav with the tube...those things are fantastic! First time I\'ve ever tried a domed reed, but definitely won\'t be the last. They both moved to the top of the list for me.

Sorry Lark, I wouldn\'t do that to Trav though. Plus I think someone in our hunting group who didn\'t get in on our purchase already decided to take it off my hands. Definitely worth the investment though, it\'s a great tube!
