Unit 27

Has anyone hunted unit 27 within the last few years? If so, have you had any luck? I've heard the wolf population is down there this year.

If you talking about Idaho then dont let people mislead you into thinking the wolf population is down.  Still thriving in that area.

Yes, sorry Idaho. And bummer! Fish and game said there was something around 30 taken out of there last year.

Yeah they always tell you there was a lot taken out of there but they never know how many were their in the first place.  30 wolves in a unit is a high number and probably have hurt the elk herd pretty bad.
