uploading pictures

Almost all my pictures are too large of a file to upload. Does anyone know what I can do to make the files smaller so I can share some with you?

I have to put mine in a photo viewer and crop them down in size.

I was told to go into paint I could resize my pics but it would not let me save for some reason I finely started messing around with my digital camera and found an option in their to make them smaller and then reloaded them back into the computer worked like a charm and much easier

I asked that same question a couple of weeks ago up in the help section.
if the site would make a slight change it could be done automatically and make it easy for all of us to down load pictures, that is why I haven't posted any pictures either. Almost all the other sites I go to have auto resize.  at 60 years old my computer skills suck.

Ya I should have posted this in the help section. I did find if I save the pictures to my phone the file is small enough. But it would be nice to have auto resize.

I use my email to size them down on a mac.
