Not much debate I guess on what I should have done! I had the guy\'s card, gave him a call at noon, and had made the exchange by 4:00. He had told me the offer stood if I ever decided to sell. As far as looking for more, that would be one in a million, but it doesn\'t hurt to try!
Dan, to answer your question, the offer more or less shocked me at the time. Also, when I found it I was shed hunting with a friend, and while it technically was mine I wanted to tell him of the offer before I did anything. I couldn\'t reach him by phone that day as he was in Western Ks. at a BB tourney with his son.
