Who Guides?

Just wondering who else on here guides elk hunters?
I've been helping family and friends for 7 years, but just started officially guiding last year.  It is just a hobby, not a full time job.  Had 1 archery hunter and 2 rifle hunters here in Utah.  All three took nice bulls on Limited Entry units.  Curious to hear if many of you other elk nuts guide or not.

I guide family and friends only, I have a few people wanting to pay me, but can't bring myself to sale my best spots! Especially for elk. Deer isn't such a big deal I would guide for cash on deer any day.

I guide in AZ, but mostly NR hunters, so "selling" spots isn't a problem. We also institute a very strict no GPS rule...


Being with somebody when they take there first Bull or biggest bull is almost as good as shooting it yourself!
