Maybe I won't have to travel 20 hrs to Idaho this year, the public land these elk are on are only a 5 min drive from my house!

Being from WI this is a huge victory.  Obviously very low percent chance I draw but hopefully will get other people interested in elk hunting around here.  Can be hard to find a people to travel west with.  Additionally kind of amazing how much backlash there has been against the DNR with people saying "why introduce elk just to kill them?".
