Workout this morning

Bumped up to a 3 mile fast walk this morning.
Today I got a 30lb bag of dog food and put it on my Kelty Cache Hauler - ready for the morning
 
Yesterday: 500 jump ropes with high altitude training mask set on 3000 ft elevation. Followed by 1 mile treadmill, 40 lb pack, 35D incline.

Today: Son and I speed cycled 5 miles! Could have done 2 more.

Does the altitude mask work? I usually just do thd treadmill or go for a hike with a rucksack but I live at sea level. So I know I\'m gonna get my butt kicked no matter what kind of work out I do because of the altitude.
 
I biked 4 miles of gravel roads with some hills last night. I went from my house to my fathers. I hung 30 feet of rain gutter and the down spouts. Then I biked the 4 miles back home. It took 21 minutes there and 20 minutes on the return trip. My legs were burning when I arrived at each place but recovered in about 5 minutes. :train:
 
Began 5 day a week workouts (weights alternate with aerobics), 34 miles on the trail bike yesterday. Will taper off workouts around Aug 16th. Sunday is a recover day. :train:
 
Speed cycled 7 miles tonight. Going 3.5 miles East was easy. But heading 3.5 miles back West with 20 mph winds at my face was rough....really rough. :train:
 
Five hours of paintball with my son on Saturday. I can barely walk still. The thighs took a beating; squatting, crawling, running, jumping, repeat. :?
 
I just got back from a 2 mile run and 35 minutes of shooting my bow. Easy night, tomorrow will be killer.
 
Biked 5 miles last night on gravel roads with a few steep hills. I also test shot my new Ruger LCR357. 2\" group at 30 feet. That should do fine as it is for last resort up close use.
 
my workouts lately have been consisting of riding my horse.... still tired at the end of the day.
