i shoot a 430 arrow. good enough for everything. and they are now pink. sooo..

pink and semi-fast. should work.

Dan, here\'s what I texted you last night. Bow is set at 63#.

Arrow 1 - Gold Tip Velocity XT 300 - 393 grain including 100 grain tip, 293 fps, 74.93 ft lbs KE.

Arrow 2 - Gold Tip Hunter XT 7595 - 470 grain including 100 grain tip, 274 fps, 78.37 ft lbs KE.

Figure either setup is more than adequate for elk. Will likely stick with the Velocity since I switched to those a few years ago and like them.
