Montana spring bear hunt

I was thinking about a spring black bear hunt, will be in Montana the last week in May for a wedding and a graduation. I will probably be in the Tobacco Root range and the Rubys. Has any one arrowed one in these ranges? or have any recommendations? or advice.

Wall Tent Repair

Hey guys, I bought a old wall tent and it needs some love it is 12x14 and the tent was made by Sheridan Wall Tent! So far I have replaced all the ropes and will do some patching on small rips and seams. It has an odor of must or mildew any hot tips on removing the smell? Should I waterproof it...

Best GPS?

What is your favorite GPS? I have an older Garmin Etrex that works fine but not to many bells and wistles. Looking for something that is touch screen like my smart phone or even my phone. Although I think a GPS would be better. Thoughts and sugestions greatly appreciated,

Idaho elk tag in the mail!

Just went online and purchased my 2013 elk tag online! This marks my 12th year in se Idaho! Later in the summer I will buy a deer tag and a wolf tag! Man i love Idaho! Anyone else get tags early? Can never plan early enough!
