Ran the 4th of July 5k over here in SW Asia and set a new personal record of 21:57. All the training for elk season is paying off down 53# and in the best shape of my life. Now just to get back and throw some weight in my pack and hike at elevation and I will be set for Sept.

Well yesterday I did something I would have never thought I would ever do. I completed my first 1/2 marathon!! I ran it in 2hr1min and the biggest thing was I held the same pace throughout and never walked.
I am currently deployed in the US Air Force and will be returning with only around apox a month and half before archery season. I was wondering what "bow stregthing" tools you guys have used. I obviously cant/dont want my bow over here but i dont want my muscle memory to go away either...
