Yes I did. He green scored 343". Very pleased. He's a lot bigger than I thought he was. He grew once he hit the dirt.
Great Bull!! I love his dark mahogany antlers.

THEBUGLER (Dirk Durham) and I just got back from a week in elk heaven. I even managed to find a bull that would stand still long enough for me to get a shot off! Actually, Dirk brought this bull in running, and I had troubles stopping him at 8 yards to get a shot. Once he finally stopped, he only made it 40 yards after the shot. John Abernathey of Idaho Media Solutions was right over my shoulder and captured an epic week of elk hunting on film. Thanks Dirk and John!

Here's my Wyoming bull.  They are really starting to rut good.  I still have a cow tag so I'm going back out this weekend to enjoy the best time of year.

1st setup the herd went the other direction, I shadowed them to an opening where I could see cows. He bugled so I challenged, and here he came. Starred me down from 60 and walked straight in slowly bugling occasionally. At 40 he turned to leave so I drew and mewed that set him up broadside. Went 60 yards and pilled up in sight!!

Called this bull in for my Dad on the 2nd day of the hunt. He came running into 100 yards and stopped for a perfect broadside shot. Such an awesome experience!
We got him Sep 13th. Called him in with Mistress diaphragm from Bugling Bull after locating with a bugle. One shot from the 300 Win Mag with 180grain Berger bullet did the trick.

Those are some really nice bulls fellas.  What really makes it is when we get a story on what state/area you hunted in and what equipment,/gear was used. Did you spike camp, hike in daily, ... or DIY or guided?

Pictures are worth a 1000 words, but content bakes the cake.  :)  .....  Let's eat!!!

My 2015 Idaho bull.

I felt very fortunate to tag this old monarch as the bulls were tight lipped this year in my area. Persistence paid off!  :D
