Can I go along? The Adventures of Colt the Knife...

I was given this knife by a fellow hunter I helped a couple years ago.
It is made by Colt, never been used, has a gut hook, seems to be a decent knife.

Here is the deal....
I will send it to whomever wants to take it on their next hunt, any hunt.
The hunter must take pics of the hunt and the knife (hopefully bloody) and post them on this thread.
Once the hunt is over, you must send the knife to the next person that wants it.
Lets see where this knife gets to go!

I will place a sheet in the shipping box that will log who and where had the knife
(name & BTO name, state, species)

So....
Who is first ?
Anyone got a spring hunt lined up?
Does the knife need to go Turkey hunting?

I would do that Brad. Won\'t be till spring Turkey though. I think there are some guys that may be going on a hog hunt before then.

Me and my son leave in two weeks on a youth hunt at Palo Duro Canyon for Mule deer doe and Aoudad. If it want\'s to tag along with us I would be happy to take it.

Brad forgot to say what sharpening method he wants used when it changes hands :lol: (If it\'s bloody)

Just be sure to put a good edge on it before sending along.
I sharpened it with my Gatco sharpener at 22 degrees
