I decided to make yesterday's cold bore shoot a little more interesting. It was shot from 40 yds off the back porch.The first pic shows the view from where it was shot and the 2nd is the result.

Heath, I have to do the same thing in my backyard.....
I have to make special angle shorts over grills, slides, or other random yard items lol


But hey, I get my practice time in!

I have the space to shoot well over 100 yds but rarely do we get a perfectly open shot while hunting. That's why I like to mix it up and shoot with objects between me and the target.

Good grief you guys must break a lot of arrows! nice shooting.

I go through a lot of arrows every year, and I keep telling myself "I'm not gonna shoot groups inside xx yardage." But I just can't help myself.

Somehow no arrows or fletchings were harmed in this group.

I'm with you, CJ. It's like no matter how many times I break stuff and say "never again", I seem to be doing it the next day.  ;D


Ill be back from England in about 15 hours and I can't wait to shoot my bow for a couple hours! These few days off have been torture.
