Do you process your own meat?

i enjoy processing my own game its when you do 9 head of elk in one day that it starts to become a chore........

Yep, always do it ourselves. If at all possible we make a big to do out of it and bring friends and family over to help, then have a BBQ, etc. this makes it get done really fast and is way more fun.

Yes i do. unless i want something special done like snack sticks or sausage. Although i want to smoke my own sausage sometime!

we have always done our own.  Grind up the burger.  Then wrap and cut steaks, rump roast etc..

I love processing my own meat, Ill also do all the smoking and curing of pepperoni and summer sausage.  No better way to know what your eating than do it yourself!
