how are the workouts going ???

I am working out 5 to 6 days a week.  The staple of my workouts are burbees.  I started at 5 per minute until I could get to 30 minutes and then started over with six per minute until I could hit 30 minutes.  Right now I am at 9 per minute and died at 16 minutes.  I will give it another shot tomorrow.  Went on my first trail run this weekend, and just climbed 6500 feet in 12.3 miles last night and this morning.  Only two and a half more months to torture myself.  Hopefully it pays off.
 
Definitely time to get back into the workouts.  My season here in MT is about over.  Time to make sure I'm better stronger and faster by 2014 season!
