Idaho 19a archery

Has anyone ever hunted 19a?  Just wanting to know if its worth my time to check out this unit?  Been hunting the Weiser unit and did alright but too many people are starting to show up.

I have hunted it and still hunt it. However the wolf numbers have increased in that unit I think more then any other in the McCall zone. I hunt mostly 23 and 24 but still get over to 19A for a few days to see how vocal the Elk are over there. I will be putting at least 2 cameras in 19A through the summer. Let me know what questions you have.

I plan on getting in there and eliminating some wolves but I plan on putting a couple cameras up also.

That's a good idea there is plenty of them in there. I have never seen any but have heard them at night.

we were covered up with them never laid sights on them but tracks every where in our tracks fresh scat ect never even herd a bugle was so depressing
