Idaho Hunting Partner needed!

Well do to the fact that my brother and best friend both had to move for work and school and will not able to hunt this year. I am looking for a new partner. I have archery hunted for the last 26 years since I was 12 and have always hunted Idaho. Let me know if you are in the Boise area ( I live in Kuna ) and maybe we could get together and see if we have some of the same ideas about hunting.

I know how that is. The problem I have is some of my buddies dont like hiking in deep. They would rather be close to a 4 wheeler trail for the easy pack out if they managed to kill a bull. I dont mind an easy pack out but I have found hunting deep is where the big boys are.

I drew a rifle tag in the unit I archery hunt this year but I am planning on buying an out of state Idaho tag so I can still get my achery fix. I have never forked over the 400 bucks for an extra tag but I guess its pretty common for some.

What elk managment zone(s) do you usualy hunt and has any one messaged you back?

I can't call, I've never been bowhunting for elk...

but I can hike, I'm in decent shape for 42 and can carry all you want if I can learn all I can about elk and hunting with a bow...

Dang. Just remembered I'm in England.

I have hunted the McCall Zone my whole life.  Have one class 300 I have got out of there on the wall.  But drew on a cow tag this year to stock the freezer back up.  If you need any tips I might be able to help.  I might end up there still during the archery season to help do some calling.
