Been in Scotland and Ireland for 12 days and got home late Friday night. I was excited to see a box from Peax and Mystery Ranch in the garage.
Unboxed a new Solitude 4 with a half nest and new green headlight. Will be practice pitching it this week.
The MR box had a new Metcalf 50 in it. Been using a Eberlestock F1 for years. It’s a solid pack, but heavy. The Metcalf comes in at 5# empty. Got it packed and will start rucking with it Monday.
Looking forward to seeing how the new gear works and putting it to use this fall.
