Don?t get frustrated keep grinding constant success takes time. Elk hunting is the sum of the whole experience.
 
Going after bull elk and mule deer with a bow this year. This will be my first archery hunts ever. looking forward to learning all i can on here. Thanks in advance! - Jason

If you can hunt with family and friends. The memories you can make will last a life time. And the stories you pick up are told generation to generation.

Idaho OTC
Still going after my first elk. Sticking with OTC as a right of passage for my first.

Fifth year. I get closer every time. This is the year.

I applied for NM, CO, KY& MO I hope to draw NM of course
Season prep: gym to prep my body, shooting my bow every day, and work to pay for my trips!
I normally hunt alone on public or scout early and get private. But I?m most excited to harvest a 300 plus bull!
 
I applied for Montana 380 and general. I also applied to Arizona
Really want the 380 tag but am expecting the general
 
I am most excited about being in the mountains with my father and hearing that first bugle! Which I dream about every night haha
 
In preparation for the hunt I have been hauling my 40lb son around in my back shed hunting! 6.9 miles yesterday!
