Today?

I've taken on the approach over the last year and a half that fitness begins at the fridge so today I actually re-committed to clean up my act and get back on my program (5-6 meals a day with specific carb, protein, fats and veggie/fruit intake). 6 weeks till the opener here in Utah and it's time to lean up a little more!


Hit the gym with my son today for legs and arms. 1 hour of 5 super sets with good intensity made for a great morning burn. Shot the bow at 60 yards before heading to work.


Need to start getting more consistent sleep so I'm recovering better and will be set for the hunt.
