Mark, like everyone else on here is a stand up, give the shirt off his back kind of guy.
He\'s been such a huge help with me crossing over to my lefty bow. Ive wasted hours of his time on the phone and he is always willing to educate me!!!!

We have a great bunch of people on here :upthumb:

I appreciate it but I think I have wasted a lot of your time. It\'s your fault for talking about bowhunting. [emoji3]

Sitting on a ridge right now where I have spent many mornings locating gobblers. We had a cold snap an about 3\" of snow 2 nights ago so I\'ll be lucky to hear anything. Also...this is pretty darn early to hear consistent gobbling here in KY.

Getting ready for youth season as my 10 year old will again be going after her first gobbler. To compound matters she only wants to shoot it with her bow, which is OK by me. I explained to her that she would already have 4-5 gobblers in the salt from previous springs we have hunted to try to persuade her to use a shotgun but she is not having it.
She is stubborn (gets it from her mom) and said she is killing her first bird with her bow period. Lol

Tell Riley I\'m pulling of her, Mark. This is her year!

I wonder how she got to be a bow snob as a ten year old? ;)

I\'ve seen the videos, she shoots better than I do!

I don\'t know. LOL! It is actually sort of funny but she has her mind set on shooting one with her bow. She has been shooting pretty regularly lately but had been pretty busy playing basketball until the last few weeks. She is 5\'4\" and has a 25.5\" DL now. Her bow is like 32 lbs and it shocks me how hard it shoots.

Here is a flock that is moving in and out of a piece of property we hunt right by my house. This place was once one of the best turkey hunting spots I have ever been on but it was logged severely a few years ago and it is hard to even find a roost tree now. I have however started to see a few more turkeys there this year so I am spending some time scouting, listening and running cams.

I shot this pic from the road on my way to church Sunday. The gobbler strutting already has a name....I call him Stubby. He is beard challenged to say the least. Looks like he has about a 7\" beard.

Nice to see some turkey\'s again! :upthumb:

These new bows now days are amazing how well and fast they shoot even the youth bows. I bet her bow is shooting faster than my first round wheel compound shooting 70 lbs.

Me too. Her bow is actually 34.5 lbs (checked my notes) and @ 25.5\" draw with a 394 gr arrow it shoots 170 FPS.
