I spent the whole day food shopping, organizing and cleaning the trailer, packing gear, and shooting my bow. Monday evening I head out for Kansas to meet up with a gaggle of site members: FM (Francis), Bowfreak (Mark), zpd307 (Gary), Ethan(Gary's son), Bowhunter1 (Terry), and the event host Mainebrdr (Tim).
This will be our fourth annual TurkeyFest at Tim's place and as always it's going to be an amazing time! :upthumb:
We have elk, antelope, deer, walleye, crappie, fresh honey, fresh eggs, and more on the menu so we won't be going hungry.
With a pocket full of archery tags, a fully stocked fishing pond, a week long trip, and more it should be a great time. I will do my best at documenting everything with lots of pictures and maybe even some videos. I'm bringing some of the filming stuff. :upthumb:
Lucky for the turkeys there, most of the guys are shooting stuff other than Mathews bows, so the arrows should bounce right off of them. :tease:
We cannot wait to share stories with you! :upthumb:
