HAPPY FRIDAY, everyone. :upthumb:

I am off to do some camping this weekend :dance2:

At the doctors as we speak having them look at something on my toe growing under my nail.

He thinks it\'s a benign bone tumor.
X rays were just taken and then it\'ll be time to talk about procedures.

I hope he won\'t mind that my elk hunts come before my toe thingy removal ;)

good luck bud. dont eff with cancer.

on the bright side, i once had a vicious infection in toe. i have cursed feet. i asked the doc, \"can a human live, run, walk fine without a toe?\"

\"easily\"..

took the heat off..did you know we dont need toe-nails? he said he met a few patients with zero toe nails.

I\'m not messing around with it. We are removing it early July.
I don\'t think it\'s anything to worry about. He seemed very confident it wasn\'t cancer and meant tumor more in the way of an abnormal growth.

Let this be a lesson for every single one of you. No matter how big or small something is, get it checked out.

I\'ve had this thing for over 7 years and thought it was a wart.
My mindset was it wasn\'t bothering me so I didn\'t worry. Turns out it was not something small and potentially could have been much worse.

Today was a day off, but I am hiking and camping in the mountains.

Love this little down. We saw 40 elk yesterday and this was my breakfast.

Manitou incline (2,000 ft elevation gain in 1 mile) with run down Barr trail.

I also did it Tuesday evening. This is not getting easier, yet.

dan, I didn\'t think you ate like that..... worked on the house today, painting, replaced the front storm door, took off the shingles to the two sheds and got everything ready for the shingling job tomorrow. which took two trips to Rochester to the hardware store. I didn\'t have dinner until 10:30 tonight.... man, I am tired. and to think that guys do this for a living

sitting on my butt today!! maybe a short trail run this evening depending on my soreness level.

yesterday. went for a run. 4 miles. ran out of the house and saw my 80 year old neighbor cutting down a dead tree. he had half a lung removed. screech!! i stopped him, and told him i would do it with my chainsaw when i got back. i blasted off. came back, got ear muffs, gloves, safety glasses and cut his tree down. then went across the street to the old lady\'s and chainsaw a down HUGE branch knocked down by a garbage truck. cleaned it all up..THEN showered and helped a friend work on his race car.

up and down..about a million ab execises corner balancing and doing the alignment on a race car.. legs sore, abs sore, shoulders sore. oh crap..race car DIY is a young dudes game.

went out last night with him and my wife for a kickass OAKLAND ca dinner. kinda hungover. hahaha...

Came back from the mountains today and I am feeling all bummed about.

Post pardum mountain disorder. :(

Tomorrow starts back into elk workouts, clean diets, and bow shooting.
I\'m really close to 60 days out :D

Woke up nice and early, did a chest and core workout, then I have shooting and a 4 mile ruck tonight :D

Might add in 20 minutes of cardio too. :upthumb:

I am still tired from the busy weekend. but, still worked out with the wife and did a 1/2 hour 21 day fix workout with the wife.... lower body workout!
