Just finished a great back workout and core. Tonight I have sprints and a walk :train:

Shot my bow, worked out my legs, and did jump roped!
Less than 12 hours and I find out if I drew any of Oklahoma\'s special hunts :upthumb:

the last 2 days have been brutal at work. come home exhausted..... all the despites have been restless. a guy wrecked his car right in front of me at 0656 hours this morning. he got himself arrested for being under the influence of drugs :wtf: and the day didn\'t get any better.... sorry for the rant.... workout motivation is low :downthumb:

went for a nice long walk with the wife tonight and shot my bow!
Continued my workouts after a weekend \"off\" ... which was camping, riding, hiking, scouting, etc.
I\'m still at P90x3, and the \"diet\" is working ... about 10 pounds down, and aiming for a few more.
Shooting a single shot before work at 20-30.
Today\'s shot was off by 1\" to the right of a 3\" target. I shot right into a bright, rising sun. That makes a difference, for sure! I put myself on a bit of a time limit (shoot fast, no aim, let down, aim, let down, aim, shoot).

2.5 mile run in 100 deg temps. Yuck.

Did a nice arm workout this morning.
Tonight will be a nice walk, shooting the bow, and homework :crazy:
Tomorrow I am taking my bow to the shop to get a look over. I have been shooting the crap out of my new string, so I want to see if anything needs to get tightened up.

got a ton of to do stuff off the list. just finally sitting down for the day. treated the boys to the pool again after they did a bunch of chores. 1.5 hours of laps and swimming.
oh, and I was feeling guilty enough that I signed up for a different triathlon. this one is an Olympic, .9 swim, 24.6 bike, and 6.2 run. the wife was gracious enough to give me a belated fathers day present

Spent the day in the ER with my wife. She is good to go and we are home now relaxing!
