What\'s your go to elk knife?

My favorite elk knife is my Helle. I have a number of others that I have tried, but I like the Helle the most. Some knives keep an edge longer but they are extremely hard to sharpen. I can touch it up as I work on an animal.

Tramper, take a good look at the picture I posted. Do you recognize that blade. It\'s the Helle Futura you and Old Fart gave me several years ago. I re-did it. Figured an elk hunting knife should have an elk antler handle on it
