I put all my eggs in one basket this year, and purchased points everywhere else. Did not want to end up with two quality tags (15+ PP) so I just went with one app. If I draw I\'m using 3 weeks vacation for this tag as it will most likely be once in a lifetime.

Will find out in a couple, three weeks if this was a smart move or not...........

Colorado only for me this year. Archery elk is my hopeful draw for Unit 2. Already have a cabin reserved for the last 2 weeks of season just in case I get some of Dan\'s luck and draw the tag this year. Going to be a LONG wait until CO draws!

Wife has a rifle antelope she should draw no problem given her points. I put in for a doe but may not draw with 0 points.

Skipped the Oklahoma controlled hunt draw this year only because my vacation might be used up and some are once in a lifetime tags. Still have my lifetime hunting license so can take 6 deer total if I\'m back and have any time to hunt.

Got my NM elk this yr. almost did not put in for it. Next is KY , and Colorado. Got 13 pp there. Think I will have over the counter tag there. Utah is also Hail Mary, have 14 points there and still 3 yrs out from tag I want. Will be 75 when I get it. Like to plan long range. LOL :train:
