Heath74, vacuum sealing pack contents is great idea!  Very cool.  Unlike most people I have a more elaborate 1st aid kit, painkillers (good ones), small skin stapler, celox, things that would help me out of a bad situation.  Maybe overkill but being in the woods without being able to stop severe bleeding or move though pain would be bad.
