I use  a 270 WSM 130 gr. Winchester E-tip.    Tack driver fo Elk,Deer and Pig. Shot placement is the key for me.

Elk hunting I use my 7mm Rem mag 700 and for deer 270 rem 700 but the last 2yrs I shot both bulls with my 270 dropped them in there tracks

The ultimate caliber for me is my Easton st axis topped off with a 100gr. G5 Montec.


Otherwise I'm packing a mark 5 300 weatherby mag ultra lightweight model.
