2 miles run, chest, and I have this new routine that I do with my pack and gun.
It\'s anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour wearing my pack and holding my gun.
I use a 15 inch step up block and just do step ups the whole time.

It explains how a calorie in doesn\'t equal a calorie out. It also explains how all calories are not the same. It goes into great depth about exercise too. More is not always better. It pushes eccentric exercise. I will be trying it starting Sunday.
