What did you do today....

I\'m absolutely drained. I got about 4 hours of sleep last night, but I was still up at 4am and rocked a chest workout and some jump roping.

Tonight will be a 3 mile walk and 10x 100 sprints :downthumb:

Good job Dan! I did an hour long cycling class this morning at the gym, and plan to do 5 sets of stairs at work today.

Edit: Just completed my 5 sets of stairs (161 steps per set [7 flights],every other step, no handrail use). Then 20 pushups after each set. 3:30min rest in between - take elevator down after reach the top. Shaved 8 seconds off my avg time from 2 weeks ago. Need to melt that fat off, and maybe get a new handle!

You all are fanatical zealots!!!

Nice work. Inspirational for sure. Feels like teamwork.

I ran three trail miles. Road biking two prior days is not that helpful for cardio. I wheezed every step. Ha!

Nice work guys!!!!! Keep up the hard work :upthumb:

This afternoons workout went to the waist side.

I had to go pick my bow up from the bow shop, get new speakers in the truck, and take my wife to dinner.

Tomorrow morning is arms and a run :upthumb:

Way to go guys! Just got off the mtn today, and am able to catch up.... With all the hiking and biking and fishing, i was able to tighten my belt another notch!!!! Pics to follow.... We are in rapid city sd, for a real meal and a shower!

Welcome back to reality Gary.

I hope you and your boys had a ball.

Just finished up a monster arm workout. My arms won\'t be moving for the rest of the day......
That is until I come home and try to put 30-50 arrows through my bow :lolno:

Getting into my summer routine here ... exercise every morning (P90x3) and then ONE arrow shot before leaving for work. Paying closer attention to my nutrition, and losing some weight. Getting some sun when I can, which isn\'t much lately with all the rain. (But rain is great, too).

Headed to a convention this weekend, which will take me on a couple drives through some gorgeous country. Pics to follow.

I am a little slow to ramp up my exercise. I have been shooting, practicing holding at full draw and doing my weight lifting for my arms & shoulders.

Tonight, I hiked up to the 2/3 the Manitou Incline Bailout/Wimpout point and then ran down Barr Trail. The Manitou incline is stair stepping up a mountain via old railroad ties. Full incline is 3/4 mile with 2,000 ft elevation gain. Great mountain goat training.

85 days (12 weeks) until CO archery season. Plenty of time to get in shape.

Just got back from a nice jog.
Push ups and core to complete the night and we are good to go :upthumb:

reality sucks.... its only 73 here, but 94% humidity. I am sweating just trying to put on my new carbon handlebars on my mtn bike. I want to go back to Wyoming.......
going back in august

Nice view John.

Since some guys had to make me hungry for some eyes with all the pictures of them I had to go out this morning and catch a few for myself.

just did a 30 min 21 day fix workout that the wife started doing. gets you sweating......

Awesome

Just finished my longest run. 6.1 miles. Took me a hour. Half road half steep trails. Had to walk some steep downhills. But otherwise non stop. Barely got winded, so my legs are the limiting factor.

Repenting for what I ate yesterday. Beer and carbs.

Just shoveled another 4 yards of pea gravel, did larger stone edging, and did a shoulder workout.

Run tonight and MUCH NEEDED sleep.
