What did you do today....

I found my way to Nebraska.
Made a lap thru the woods and saw a bunch of deer.
Found a place for a stand.

Had 2 encounters with badgers.
First one ran across the dirt road and the tire ran over his nose.
He was even in a more unhappy mood then.

The second one was in the middle of the woods.
I was looking at this tree for a possible stand.
The weeds and grass were waist high and I thought t heard something.
At the base of the tree, 5 feet away is this badger looking at me.
Luckily my dog was right on my heels and didn\'t see it.
About the time I palmed my 9mm he decided to move off in the weeds

The Mosquitos and wood ticks were horrendous

They are going to have to cut my toe nail off and remove something. (Wart or some type of growth)
It won\'t be too much downtime and rest time is still good for overall growth. A few days off will be some good healing time!

So I will train my butt off up until it gets removed and maybe take 4 to 5 days off and just eat real well during that time off. Keep my protein levels high.

i ran after having a nail removed relatively quick.

tip..buy a big ass bag of epsom salt. daily soakings in warm water with epsom is the single biggest factor in quick healing for me. i didnt do it once and i got my foot infected. i knew i was in trouble when my doctor put his nose to my foot and sniffed. infection city..he\'s the one to tip me off about the Epsom salt..game changer.
 
Just destroyed my back and did 100 push ups too, just because.

I was in a kickback mode, so I played Rolling stones, Whitesnake, and Guns and Roses the whole workout :D

Thanks for the tip!!!!!! Consider that done. I want quick and efficient healing. I don\'t wanna mess myself up with an infection.

i\'m inspired!! i just mapped out a 8 mile run for tomorrow morning. visions of grandeur.

tomorrow, i\'ll probably wake up..burp beer and pizza and go back to sleep. eight seems so epic at this point..

I trick myself easily....not so smart. lol

btw, plank with leg kick outs last night. and again this morning.11.3 miles on the bike after work. dang near killed the dog...
