Deer update thread
We?ve got the elk update thread going, may as well run this too. Yesterday was my season opener for archery. I had two smaller deer come in, but they got the pass! I?m currently in a tree right now ready for another evening hunt. Good luck to anyone deer hunting this...- DTP

Alright, it's starting to hit me....
I'm always hyper active and I've had the hunting bug for about a month now, but these last few days have been getting BAD 30 days until my season opens and about 26 until I am in NM..... It's so bad that I've already packed my trailer, packed 85% of my gear, and got everything else sorted...- DTP

Signed up for another 4 years....
Signed up for another four years today. That'll put me at 16 years in the Air Force when I am done with that commitment...... one more final enlistment and 20 years is coming in quickly! :upthumb: -

What's the most unusual thing you've ever seen or found in the woods/mountains?
The title pretty much says it all.... I've never had anything super unusual, but I've found my fair share of pot plants, abandoned cars, junk, etc. Anyone else every find anything cool or have some crazy event happen?- DTP

I am planning my trip to SW WY next year for antelope and elk.
