How do you get to your location for morning hunts?  Do you use a flashlight or just use the light of the moon?

I'm not talking about bathing suits. I want to know what type of quiver do you use on you elk hunts? Is it detachable or permanent? And why?

What are the best exercises to do to build up your legs? I live in West Virginia and we don't have that many really steep hills to climb. What can we do to help our legs. We already walk with a weighted pack, also run, squats,lunges. What else can we do?

those of you who crossfit train do you have any specific exercises or workouts you do that helps you while you are training for an elk hunting?

We are on our 6th week of crossfit training. We are doing it 5 days a week. Every other day we do tabata training. Tabata really helps our cardio. Lost 16 pounds so far and gaining some muscle for the first time in my life. How are the rest of you doing.
