Sounds like Chuck is what you needed. Someone to push you. Rest a couple days and do it again. You will be running up steep mountains by September. :upthumb:
 
Today was a 3D shoot.  I used my new bow that I?ve only shot for a week and I had great shoot!

Today was a nice back workout, mile and a half run, 2 mile walk (with the dogs), abs, push ups, and mowed the lawn  :train: ;)
 
Legs legs legs!!!


After legs I did abs, core, push ups, and a mile and a half run. Then I went and shot my bow.  :mg:
 
1 1/2 hour spin class today with some planks to top it off. I hurt but it hurts so good.

Seems like we are the only ones who will be ready for the season :D ;)  haha

After this last year I wanted to ramp up my weakest point and that's my legs.
So today was a leg day.


Leg presses 6 sets x 10
Leg curls 4 sets x 10
Leg extensions 4 sets x 10
Hack squats 3 sets x 10
Front squats 3 sets x 10
Lunges (racket ball course back and forth x 3)
Calves


Then i finished it up with a 15 minute inclined walk, 5 mile cardio bike ride, abs, and core!
I also through in 40 push ups for good luck!  :train:

I'm definitely slacking in the workout department lately. Been so busy it's been tough to keep up. Time to get things rolling again  :upthumb:

Today I may take a little break and just do a 3-4 mile hike then go home and clean up the boat a little bit and get ready to go fishing sometime this weekend. Been having the itch to get some Muskie slime on my hands again!

Today was was a good one.

5x5 squat
5x5 bench
5x5 barbell row
3x10 upright row
3x10 skull crushers
3x15 leg curl
3x10 dumbbell curl
3x10 inclined sit-ups
3x1 minute plank

Gotta keep on keepin on! 76 days until we leave for Colorado and 80 days until opening day. Is it September yet?!

After yesterday's killer shoulders workout, cardio, and abs, I felt my body yelling at me this morning. SO today was just a casual 25 minute walk. Nothing wild, but I also couldn't just sit around and not do something! Im so ready for this year.  :upthumb:
 
3 mile run yesterday and followed up with another 3 mile bike ride. Back in the gym tonight for shoulders & core.
 
3x5 ramped squat-60% 80% 100%
1x20 squat
3x10 inclined bench press
3x10 inclines sit-up
3x10 arm curl
3x15 leg curl
3x10 shoulder press
3x10 tricep pull down
3x1 minute planks

Today was another chest, ab, core, cardio day. I feel really good and I plan to keep on easing in a little harder the closer we get to the season.


Im feeling really good and I cannot wait!

Woke up at 4 am to get in a 3.5 mile hike before work. Added another 15 lbs to the pack

Today was a back workout, 1.5 mile run, core, abs, and push ups.
I have a PT thursday so I'll be doing a few more 1.5 miles before then and then I'll change up cardio completely for the mountains.
