2016 Season Workout

As the days are getting longer I find less time to workout. I am too busy outside working. I do not come inside till dark. Then I am usually busy till bedtime. I try to take a break from working by going for a bike ride, hike, or a short run. I do my pushups at work where I have more free time :haha: . I can say my core is stronger than last year. I have not had much back pain :upthumb: :D
 
Chest workout and core completed yesterday :D


Wind season is starting pick up here in NM, so I need to start running/hiking early in the morning.
 
another full body workout and finished the evening with 30 minutes of cardio. Down 9lbs since March 1st.
 
2 hours of jujitsu with some partners today. this was my first time....... I hurt and am full of mat burns. ouch!!!!
did make a stellar corned beef and cabbage for dinner tonight, and got the big gate for the pasture hung today. :dance2:

jujitsu is no joke!

I have plenty of bruises to show for it.....
home projects have kept me plenty busy this weekend :D
 
Today I am planning on a long walk, back workout, core, and shooting my bow for at least 20-30 minutes.
Those turkeys are HEAVY, so I need to be ready :train:

I see you are doing my workout plan........\"Working Hard\" :D

Chainsaws, axes, and shovels make good workout tools. Post hole diggers too.
 
Just had a gnarly chest workout, 30 minutes of jump roping, and abs!!!
Animals better watch out this year :train: :mg: :upthumb:
 
I grabbed the jump rope and did 100 jumps with work boots on while grilling supper last night. Dang my feet were heavy that was difficult. I\'m a busy man so I squeeze in some extra work whenever I get a chance. I am always doing calf raises while standing in line waiting at the stores. lol
 
Just started my 3rd week of this full body workout. Clothes are starting to fit a little looser now. Cardio tonight after work. :train:
 
Yesterday I took it easy after about breaking my wrist Saturday. I am sure it is sprained good or out of place. I have been moving it around to loosen things up. It feels better today maybe another day or two of rest and I can get back to the pushups. I can work on my lunges though :D
