As the days are getting longer I find less time to workout. I am too busy outside working. I do not come inside till dark. Then I am usually busy till bedtime. I try to take a break from working by going for a bike ride, hike, or a short run. I do my pushups at work where I have more free time :haha: . I can say my core is stronger than last year. I have not had much back pain :upthumb:
