2016 Season Workout

Woke up early to knock out a back workout.
Tonight will be core, pushups, sit ups, run and a hike :train:
 
Increased my dumbbell weights by 10lbs this morning. Another 1.5 miles pumping iron :train: :train: :train:
 
We have 2 acres with our home right in the middle of it...
Sat I mowed the grass for the 2nd time on our riding lawn tractor... Rode the stationary bike... Walked the dog a couple of times...

Sunday we went to eat with the whole family and we didn\'t park in a handicapped parking space for the 1st time since November... Rode the stationary bike... Walked the dog some more...

This morning I walked the dog BUT we went out the driveway to the road then went right across the front to our property line corner, the back across the front to the other end of our property, turned left and went down that side of our property to the next corner and then back to the house...

Not a big deal for ya\'ll but it was for me... :upthumb: :upthumb:

Agreed, and I was talking about this very thing last night afterwards. I usually bend down , grab bag and step into the throw as if I was throwing a punch. I try and explode into the throw and get as much lift as possible. Definitely will feel it the day after. I have incorporated SB workouts into my training at least 2 days per week. The other two I do 9 rounds of kickboxing on opposite days. I rest for 3 and repeat.
 
fence is done!!!!!!! now I need to wire it....... as in, hook up the juice. horses will be here by this weekend :D
a belt in the tire on the wifes car let loose on her way home tonight. shes ok, but 2 new tires are on order :downthumb:
