2016 Season Workout

I\'m just barely getting over my sickness too.
Mile walk, 1.5 mile run, push ups and some lights weights today.
 
You sure you\'re not going after mountain goats!

Gym today, legs, chest and biceps.

Going to start hitting the bike soon. Then before I know it I\'ll be hiking mountains scouting! Can\'t wait!!!
 
Been fighting a cold the last few days, but still managed a back and shoulder workout yesterday followed by a 6 mile hike with weighted pack. Feeling wiped out today :crazy:
 
Haven\'t posted in this thread in a while. This weekend I did my first weighted pack hike. Not bad terrain and I only had 25 lbs in the pack as I dont have a good pack weight yet. 3.2 miles and 500 foot total gain. Plenty of up and down though for a decent workout. My 8 year old went with me. She is a pretty darn good hiker for a little kid.

Did a chest workout this morning and about 45 minutes of cardio. Getting the bike out tonight and going for the first ride of the year!! Looking forward to it...wonder how the backside will handle the saddle :eek:

Did my first ride of the year a couple weeks ago....butt hurt for a week!

10 of us did a \"Murph\" tonight.....1 mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats, 1 mile run. Yeah...it sucks!
