2016 Season Workout

I had fried fish for supper last night. MMMmmmmm Good but it sure zapps the energy with a bell full of FRIED food. :sick: Eating good is an important part of the exercise program. I need to be watchful of what I eat and pick up the exercise. Only 10 weeks left..... :train:

Yesterday. Finally found my mtn bike training route. It\'s a big steep loop. Not as technical so less danger. Just a grind.

This is gonna work. Doings it again tonight. Trying to save my knees.

Did some arms yesterday at the gym here at work. Then I ended the evening with a 3 mile run and some core exercises.
 
PT test was finished yesterday, so I pigged out last night and today for a reward.
Tomorrow I get right back into it.

I have a good 5 yards of pea gravel to shovel, push ups, back workout, rowing and biking.... YAY
 
Arms and elliptical last night. 3.2 miles with 50# pack today. Beautiful country.

went trout fishing with Colby! 2 small trout were caught.... then cooled off at the city swimming pool, it was hot today!!!!
 
I have never ran that far for any of my training runs. kudos to you! I guess my half counted..... but im not running a full this year :lol:

I haven\'t run that far in many years and it reminded me why I don\'t train for marathons.....too much running! But I have to check one off my bucket list and I want it to be a Boston qualifier.

Hot? I am 4 hours south of you and spent the day roofing. I wore kneepads and gloves to keep from burning or blistering my skin. I think my workout for the day was lifting glasses of water! It leaked out about as soon as I drank it! The sad thing is there was a pool in the back yard but I never stopped to get in. :crazy:

swam 0.6 miles a couple days ago, biked 11 today. will prob run 3 tom. im thinking about doing a triathlon in august. just thinking mind ya.
