Day one I did it in 24:39. The rest of them I have taken it a bit easier at 28-29 mins. I hope to be able to do 22-23 when I really push it. In addition, I do 100 push-ups and shoot my bow. 3 arrows at 50 yds, sprint to target and retrieve. Repeat 10 times. Legs aren\'t feeling great today.
