Still doing my pushups and lunges. I am anxious to do some shed hunting and bike riding. It needs to warm up.

My right side of my ribs felt sore yesterday. It was near the skin. Painful for my shirt to touch it. I had Shingles 20 years ago. I think it is coming back again. :ill: I guess I will do what I did last time since there isn\'t much you can do for it. Just ignore the pain and keep movin.......... :x
 
Hopefully it isn\'t shingles Terry :shock: Never had it, but from what I have seen that stuff is no fun to deal with!

Treat it within 48 hours of the blisters erupting, or even the rash beginning, and you can do two things: shorten the course, and lessen the likelihood of post-herpetic neuralgia. You\'ll also likely decrease the overall severity.

Great workout. I\'ve really been focusing on equaling out my body so one side is not stronger than the other.
This will really help with the jump I made to a left hand bow. :upthumb:

I can see the post now. \"I screwed up!\" Dan pulled his left handed bow back with the wrong hand in the heat of the moment and can\'t find his pins as the bull trots off. :shock:

Seated rows
One arm dumbbell rows
barbell rows
and lower back exercises

I am feeling good! Core and abs tonight with some type of cardio. :upthumb:

I did some hiking this weekend. I have not worked the back for a few days because of my pain in my right side. It has moved around to my back. Feels like I have a pinched nerve or my back is out. Shingles Suck! Constant pain but Ibuprofen does lesson it. I might have to fight in some pushups when the meds kick in. :agg:
