If anyone would like P90X2, I will send it to you for free. John, if you can send your copy back, I\'ll hold on to this one and give you first dibs.

Thanks for the offer ... yeah, I\'ve heard the same about x2. FWIW, I don\'t intend on doing the whole thing, or even \"in order\" ... I just need some variety. After doing Tony\'s workouts for 4-5 years, I\'m pretty used to taking what I want and skipping what I don\'t. I would have never ordered the x2 except for the severe discount on Amazon.com.

I liked P90x, but it was real long (yes, I hear the same of P90x2) ... P90x3 is actually pretty reasonable 30 minute workouts. I like them -- I don\'t get bored since there\'s lots of variety. But, after a couple years, it\'s time to put a few different workouts in the sequence.

Just finished day 5. One rep max is up 30lbs from Monday. (Still not back to my all-time PR) Legs feel sore, but strong. Not experiencing any pain, and I have full range of motion. In fact I have better ROM than I did before I started.

Wednesday sucked the worst. I increased my carbs at night to help recover, and yesterday was much better. Today was great! All my lifts felt strong and fluid. I can definitely notice an increase in testosterone, or at least apparent testosterone [emoji6]. Could just be the fact I\'m stoked about moving so much weight.

11% through and I\'m optimistic. Yeah, the workouts are hard and they suck, but it\'s a good suck.

Boys and I have cut, loaded and unloaded 10-12 cord of white oak in the past month - roughly 20 pickup beds full. I think it pretty well qualifies as a total body workout...

Now that next winters wood is all cut and stacked, we are riding bikes in the ozark hills here in MO. Last night we did about 4 miles and that was enough - lungs and quads felt it for sure. Will work some weights into our program somewhere to help the upper body. Taking full advantage of the crazy nice weather here - 70\'s for the next week. This is NOT normal.

Heck of a Sunday for me. Ran 13 miles, then climbed on the bikes for a 21+ mile ride. There may have been a couple stops on the bike ride for refueling....hic! :wtf:

MRI results werent too bad.
Wear and tear mostly, and arthritis.
Worse case is cauterize some nerves for pain relief

Now that I know, its more stretching and working out.

Started some HIIT along with my daily exercises

Good to hear Brad! Avoiding surgery is definitely good news. My father is still recovering from his back surgery in October.

My lower back is sore and stiff from clearing fence rows on steep slick hills Monday. I carried a few smaller logs uphill to cut into firewood. Lots of rest today and trying to stretch the stiff muscles out.

After 4 weeks of exercising, stretching and working out, I am down ~5lbs and have added lean muscle.

My back is doing much better.
I got a new stand up work station and chair at work which helped a ton!

Another month of this and I hope to pick up the pace

after a long wet winter the sun is finally out.

i put off my plans for building an ARK, and i started running again. i am sucking wind, wheezing, mouth breathing..pure suffering. i blame all the gravy i ate during the wet months. :)

i got a clean 4 miles in yesterday, which must look like a trip to the mall for some of you long-haulers..but for me that is good.

We have several of those work stations where I work as well. They raise up and down so you can either sit or stand.

There are others who are sitting on what looks like an exercise ball on wheels.

I\'m continuing to hit the gym three days a week. Been doing this consistently for 13 months now. It\'s amazing how much better my immune system is when I am doing this. It\'s the biggest thing I notice.

Because it\'s been so long, I decided to go back and look at my numbers from when I first started (I keep track of each workout and the weight used). I have gotten quite a bit stronger in my upper body, which is good to see, but where I have seen my real gains is in my lower body. I have increased my leg press numbers by approximately 30% across the board. Hoping to see this continue!

I\'m also hoping to add a day of cardio to my weekly routine some point soon. I hate cardio, but I think if I can get that added, it will just make my hunts that much more enjoyable this year. I\'ve never really struggled with being in good enough shape in the mountains, but if I can feel better each evening and wake up with more energy, it\'s worth it.

I do my exercises before work each morning - 5:15 - 6am
I subscribed to \'HasFit\' on YouTube and follow a program on my Smart TV - just enter what I want to do and follow along.

I have found out that HIIT is a great workout

I\'ve dropped all my \"daddy sympathy weight\" aka me being lazy during the pregnancy.
Everyday my wife and I are hitting the track and we will take turns on stroller duty while the other one runs.

I\'ve been getting some good milage in and feeling really good. My wife goes back to work next week, so I\'ll start hitting the gym again daily along with this running. I love it and I\'m feeling good! :train:

I\'m 3 weeks into the squat everyday thing and it\'s going pretty well. Had to change up the workouts a little to help motivate a guy to run faster on his PT test, but I\'m still able to put up more weight than I thought I\'d be able to. My legs feel great and I\'m definitely gaining size.

I\'m almost halfway through and look forward to getting after it each day.

Still busting my but with my wife daily. We\'ve both dropped back down to our original weight pre baby, so that\'s cool!
Now it\'s time to add in weights again and keep on going with this cardio train! :train:

8 mile pace run on Saturday, 16 mile easy run on Sunday. 40 miles for the week!

Swimming tonight.
